At Interval House of Ottawa, we recognize that our community's active involvement is indispensable to achieving our mission. We invite individuals and groups to join us in supporting women and children through volunteerism.

We warmly welcome volunteer groups eager to dedicate a day to our cause. These activities are perfect for employee teams seeking rewarding experiences. Recent group initiatives have included:

Interval House of Ottawa Kits for a Cause Program

Looking for an engaging corporate/group volunteering or team building activity? Why not make a difference through our Interval House of Ottawa Kits for a Cause program.

 

Help assemble "care kits" for individuals in need. This program was developed specifically to accommodate groups of all sizes, whether you're volunteering with friends, family, colleagues, or on your own, from groups of 3 to 10,000, your contribution directly impacts our community.
