Just wanted to thank you all for being there in a very critical time in our life you have helped us more than you will ever know. You made me see that there are still good, honest, caring people out there and that in our system that is so overloaded, there are still places that do help, mainly Interval House of Ottawa. Every single staff member has done their part above and beyond the call of duty for us and all the other residents that I encountered during my stay. My hat's off to the job you do and the patience you all have. This has made a bad and very embarrassing situation I was in so much better with no one passing judgment. I was very comfortable here at Interval House of Ottawa and would highly recommend it to any women fleeing abusive situations.

I know my stay was short here, but I want to thank you guys from the bottom of my heart for all the help you gave me. You guys as a whole as wonderful people. I've grown so much since I've been here. I will miss all of you. I've shared some good laughs with numerous staff members. I've made relationships with most of you and as happy as I am for all the help I've received, I'm also sad to be leaving.
The staff here go above and beyond to make us feel welcome and make this place as homey as possible. You make it personal for each individual here, not just professional. I honestly can't thank you all enough, you're a wonderful group of staff members. We will miss you all!
